  • I understand and agree that by registering to attend Air Cargo Forum 2026 (The Event), I consent to having photographs and recording of my image, voice, or likeness. TIACA may retain the services of third parties to photograph and/or film the Event, and to assist it with its marketing and promotional activities. I understand that accepting these terms and conditions I give permission for TIACA to utilize photos and videos taken during the event may be utilized to promote the event.​
  • I further understand and agree to share my contact details with other delegates via event related tools such as newsletter, conference App and event related emails from TIACA.​
  • I agree to be contacted during the event by conference organizers for networking opportunities and meeting requests.​
  • I understand that all fees paid are non-refundable, however, I may choose to have someone else attend the event on my behalf.​
  • On behalf of TIACA, MGME will collect personal information during registration, such information will remain the property of TIACA and will adhere to MGME Privacy Policy.
